We recommend that you have your watch serviced at least every 5 years. You can have your watch checked in between if you think there is damage. This ensures that you can enjoy your wrist jewellery longer.
Besides being entrepreneurs, we are watch lovers - like you, we want you to be able to enjoy your wrist jewellery for as long as possible and we will do everything in our power to make that happen. That means honest advice, no replacements if not necessary and a two-year warranty.
To ensure that your watch remains clean as long as possible, you can maintain the watch yourself. Make sure you only do this with a cleaning set that is meant for this purpose.
Most watches can do it, Rolex watches for example are tested to a depth that you will not reach without diving equipment. If you're not sure, we recommend you take it off.
